In this session, our experienced Medical Director, Dr. Josh Mularella, will guide you on your medical conditions, advise his approach before and during the race and answer questions on the G2G medical form.
Take the time to understand how to deal with hot spots and blisters on your feet – another major reason for DNF’s.
